Return Eligibility
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the parcel is damaged or contains items you did not order, you must apply for a return within 2 hours of receiving the parcel. Please email us at support@womendo.shop or womendo.shop@gmail.com with your order details, photos of the item(s), and the packaging.
- Conditions for Return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from WomenDO.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items or items marked as non-returnable.
- Products that have been used or altered.
Return Process
- Contact us via email within the specified return window.
- Our support team will guide you through the return process.
- Once the return is approved, you may need to ship the item back to the address provided by our team.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items), we will bear the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
