Return Eligibility

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the parcel is damaged or contains items you did not order, you must apply for a return within 2 hours of receiving the parcel. Please email us at support@womendo.shop or womendo.shop@gmail.com with your order details, photos of the item(s), and the packaging.
  2. Conditions for Return:
    • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
    • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from WomenDO.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items or items marked as non-returnable.
  • Products that have been used or altered.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via email within the specified return window.
  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
  3. Once the return is approved, you may need to ship the item back to the address provided by our team.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items), we will bear the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
